it's therapeutic. I've had such a hard battle with anxiety and depression, art is the biggest why I've managed to make it so far ❤️
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I created all sorts, I prefer traditional drawing or sketching, but deep down I love ceramics and painting the best. Getting the material all over my hands and being the mess that's inspired the art is just truly impactful for me.
Where do you find inspiration?Throughout the years I've always struggled with my mental health, and I used my love of art to help cope with all the crappy things I've been though, and grounding myself when times get hard. I think my biggest inspiration I have is what I yearn to be. And how I wish to heal, to grow, to become the best version of myself. Sure I might be manic, but chaos is the true beauty. It's how I can truly show the realest version of myself through things I like, and bring smiles to people who need them❤️
What would you do with $25,000?To be entirely honest, I don't even know. I'd probably put some aside for my little sister, so she has a cushion to fall back on when she's older... So she doesn't start out with nothing like I did. I'd probably help some of my friends and family in need, bless strangers where they need it... the rest will be kept private for certain reasons.
