I love creating art because it gives form to everything I feel but can’t always say out loud.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I mostly sculpt and incorporate painting but my “favorite” isn’t a medium—it’s a style of expression: bold, playful, visual storytelling with personality--turning ordinary things into bold, stylized, story-driven visuals. I love to reimagine things--adding attitude, humor, or a whole new identity.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in everyday life—the environment around me, the people I interact with, and even the chaos of a busy day. I’m always noticing how things could look or feel different, and art is how I bring that to life. I like taking something ordinary and turning it into something with more personality, humor, or meaning.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d use that $25,000 with intention—putting a portion toward building something of my own through art and creative projects, setting aside a solid cushion for stability, and investing a piece so it can grow over time. At the same time, I’d make it meaningful by investing in my daughter’s art class at school, because supporting the creativity of budding artists matters just as much as building my own future.
