I consider myself a Renaissance woman, actor, puppeteer, painter, creator, writer, storyteller and teacher. I have been drawing and painting all my life. I have a passion for upcycling as I feel that it is important to reuse items that will end up in land fills and polluting our oceans. My favorite type of art is the representation of stories that inspire people to be creative.

I have collected seashells all my life and enjoy making things with them.My inspiration comes from nature and I create stories all the time from things I observe: people I see, songs I hear, objects that can become useful instead of being thrown away. I am happiest when I am creating, I am a maker at heart.

I would publish the books I have written: "Dot the Dreamer" about the importance of imagination, 'Mr.Nutso; the Best Furry Friend " about following what gives you joy,& "Birds of a Feather " about gratefulness. I would also open an upcycling center to educate people in how to create instead of dispose and a trade in program to exchange items that you don't need for ones you want for classroom use or projects.I would also start a puppet troup for children in my community.
