I love to express myself and my culture through my art. I work hard for my art and try to prove how art is a powerful way of communication.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to make paintings and anything mixed media. I like a challenge so any materials I haven't worked with is also super exciting for me.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration within life experiences that I have had in the past. My family used to be against artists but I fought for seven years to get myself into Rhode Island School Of Design. I continue to be inspired by the people around me and how my life is evolving into new experiences.
What would you do with $25,000?Part of the reason why my family was against artists school was because of the tuition. I want to help out with money with my family as well as start teaching art to younger kids and inspire them to love and appreciate art as much as I do. 25,000 would mean a lot to someone who has always struggled with money and would be a great help to achieve my dream of becoming an Art Director.
