At the moment I’m really enjoying upcycling clothing and creating 1 of 1 pieces that’d reflect my art. It’s important to me to indulge as little as we can in fast fashion. I think we should carry art with us daily, in our style, and in the way we move through the world.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my animals, in watching people love, in helping the planet and raw emotion. I am deeply inspired by recycled materials. I find inspiration in comfort and feeling good in your body.
What would you do with $25,000?Would give me a chance to pay off debt and really make a move toward being able to do art full time. I have worked in the alcohol industry for 12 years and just quit to focused on my art. I hope to continue this journey for a healthier and happier life.
