My favorite type of art to create is thought provoking pieces, reflecting emotional and mental conflicts, as well as expressing my dysfunctional view of love. This creative journey started from my appreciation for Tim Burton films and artwork, in which I altered scenes that reflected the bittersweet fate of love in his earlier films. This grew my interest in story telling and creating emotionally memorable piece's.

I find my inspiration through film, nature/wildlife, literature, ancient philosophies, religious ideologies/art, as well as reflecting each art period in history. Specifically, I've been reading this book titled "The Divine Comedy" which reflects the philosopher Dante, and his journey through the depths of hell with God. Their specific interactions with the sinful made them appear humanized. This grew my interest in morality and challenging what defines the "good or bad" in our social society.

Losing my mother at 18, in 2023, made my new-adult reality a struggle. Taking over her 600 sq-foot condo with my twin, living a minimum-wage lifestyle has made it hard to balance life and pursuing my creative passions. My dream is to be a sufficient artist, despite the limitations of financial burden. I would utilize this money toward the billing of my home, going to university, support my families dream for a restaurant, and consider finding a studio space to expand my ideas and store my art.
