I love to create art because art has chosen me since birth; it was inherited. Art is an intuitive lifestyle and it’s all I’ve ever known.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
When I create art, I focus on expression over perfection. I’m drawn to styles that feel raw, unfiltered, and a little chaotic, because that’s what feels real to me. My work blends elements of grunge, street art, and collage, pulling inspiration from different visual cultures and mixing them into something that feels personal and unapologetic. I like combining imagery, text, and symbols in ways that aren’t always expected, creating pieces that feel layered both visually and emotionally.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in anything that catches my bold visuals, random details, and unexpected combinations that just feel right. At the same time, I’m driven by the desire to make my parents, family, and friends proud. Their support pushes me to keep creating and improving, so my art becomes both a reflection of what inspires me and a way to show them what I’m capable of.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use my $25,000 as an investment towards myself and not as free spending money. First, I secure a space for myself by moving out of my parent’s house, that way I secure stability and new beginnings. Then I invest in quality tools that actually improve my art. I build my presence through a portfolio, branding, and small merch drops. I also put money into learning skills that can bring income, and keep a portion to test ideas and grow something sustainable.
