Art is my soul. I create all inclusive Braille infused pointillism pieces. No voice left unheard. No one person left out. Ever
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type is large-scale pointillism. Dot by dot, sometimes across canvases up to 3x6 feet. But it's never just visual art. I integrate Braille directly into every piece, creating what I call "inverse accessibility" art. Sighted and visually impaired viewers experience the same work equally. I pair each piece to music, from local artists to international sounds. Every person is considered. It's not art you just look at - it's art that includes you.
Where do you find inspiration? In everything and anything and it usually arrives fully formed. Through vivid dreams I archive, through music I perceive color and pattern, through the people the world forgets to design for. I'm a former firefighter, first responder, published author, and a person currently navigating a voice injury. My inspiration is the voiceless. My mission has always been building platforms for them to speak.
What would you do with $25,000?It means my Braille-infused pointillism reaches the people it's built for. I lost my voice, I create in silence now - dot by dot, piece by piece. The money means I can finish my 10 large canvases, fully launch my accessibility art platform, and publish my children's book about belonging. I didn't stop creating when everything fell apart. Getting my work to the right audience is what matters more. Yes, the money will help fund what I do. But in reality its about "NO VOICE LEFT UNHEARD".
