I don’t necessarily have a favorite type of art to create I am always trying to add a new series of medium to my repertoire of skills. Most recently I have embarked on a journey of using what most people would consider to be trash to create intricate junk sculptures that provide a poignant perspective and salient social commentary on humanity’s current form of modern existence.
Where do you find inspiration?When in a sentient “flow” state; I can find inspiration in almost everything. I am perpetually inspired by the natural world & the shimmering reflections of the creator that exist all around us. From witnessing a random act of kindness, to watching the most egregious atrocities; I strive to use the emotional energy I perceive & like an alchemist transmute it into a thing of whimsy where I can express a multitude of dynamic / complex thoughts, ideas, & feelings to others.
What would you do with $25,000?I would immediately donate $5k; 1/2 to oteroarts.org & 1/2 to CREOarts.live to help give back to the local arts/ acting communities that have given me so much inspiration, support & encouragement. Then use; $5k to pay off all my credit card debts, $5k to start a business and build a dropship ecommerce website w / inventory, $5k to invest in more tools / more materials to create new art, $5k to my parents for a lifetime of support, & then take a roadtrip vacation with whatever was left
