I've always loved animals, and have studied wildlife art. My favorite medium is watercolour, and now I'm experimenting with gouache. I'm also a participant in an online community of other women artists, we meet once a week on a zoom call and learn something new each week. Where do you find inspiration?Nature! I live in a rural part of Washington State, right on the edge of Olympic national park. We have a small farm, w goats, sheep and poultry. Lots of wildlife in this area
What would you do with $25,000?Spend time in Scotland. My grandparents came here in the 1920s. I visited the UK when I was 17, and Scotland was the most beautiful place Ive ever seen. I must have left my heart there, because, 50 years later, my heart is still in the highlands. I want to travel around there and paint plenaire, and who knows, find my heart again
