I create art to turn emotion into something visible, capturing moments, healing through color, and sharing pieces of my story with others.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Throughout the years, my art form was music, rhythm, feeling, and story woven through sound. Since moving to this beautiful coastal town, that expression has found new life on canvas. I’m drawn to the quiet emotion of rain-soaked windows, moments blurred, softened, and seen differently.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in sound and story, the music that moves with me, and in the rhythm of my surroundings. Quiet sunrises, slow sunsets, golden summer days by the lake, and still winter mornings on quiet walks through crisp air. The steady pull of the ocean ties it all together.
What would you do with $25,000?With the $25,000, I would use it to help create a studio for myself and my community. A welcoming space to share art with both children and adults. A place where creativity feels natural, where people can slow down, learn, and express themselves. A space grounded in calm, connection, and the kind of inspiration that brings us together.
