I love art—photo, paint, words, fashion; raised in Italy’s soul. Dyslexic, hurt, I found voice in poetry, escape in drawing, beauty in all.

My favorite type of art to create is fashion illustration. I love drawing dresses and exploring how fabric and movement express emotion. However, nothing compares to oil painting, with its rich colors and depth. I’m drawn to the poetic side of art, where meaning is present but wrapped in mystery. Mystery allows art to both reveal and hide, helping people see themselves in what they observe. I also enjoy realistic painting, always enriched with deeper meaning and emotion.
Where do you find inspiration?I draw inspiration for my art from my emotions and the people around me. It feels like sinking into my imagination and emerging again with a vision of things I can’t fully put into words.
What would you do with $25,000?If I win this competition, I would use the prize to attend college and continue my studies. I want to become more independent so I can avoid adding any financial pressure on my family and help instead of being a burden. This opportunity would allow me to move forward with my education while also giving my family some relief, and it would mean a lot to me to build my future with responsibility and gratitude.
