Art is a form of storytelling and expression. I’ve always been drawn to art and its limitless potentials. I love the vast creativity.

I enjoy many different forms of art, from drawing to sculpting. It’s hard to say I like one art form over another though I find that I spend a lot of time sketching and painting. Through working in film, I’ve also found a passion for miniature model making and sculpting with clay. My favourite type of art to create is the art that flows from my mind straight to the paper, canvas or sculpture. The art I can find myself timelessly creating.
Where do you find inspiration?I take inspiration from life, from memories, my imagination, and history. Depending on the context of the artwork. There are times I will find inspiration only due to wanting to workshop an idea, or to practice. Those times I will use references to work off of, as a sort of baseline. Other times I look at my own imagination for inspiration. I did this especially when I was younger. There’s something about taking the image in my head and bringing it to life in my art.
What would you do with $25,000?I would put the $25,000 into a hand animated feature film. The money would go towards modelling and creating the characters, building the sets, equipment and paying the crew, a group of wonderful artists in their own right. With the money left over, I would put it towards my future projects. Likely using the money to buy art supplies and much wanted equipment.
