I LOVEEE 3D work..glass, ceramic, sculptural work.. but anything I can slop down and work with the materials towards the end project! I really love working with natural dyes and inks when I can; working collaboratively with them taking shape on their own towards our end results <3
Where do you find inspiration?all over in nature. in a sunlight beam, a reflection on someone’s skin, a river bank. humans forget that we are part of nature and I love to reconnect the two when I can in my work.
What would you do with $25,000?I would put it towards a down payment on land! My dream is to grow as much food as I can for everyone I know. I lost my studio in Helene (which was storage for my other belongings after I moved into a 12x24 space prior) and it really have driven my focus deeper towards what’s really important…food, community, loving each other, and art.
