Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my surroundings. Sometimes I will look at a scene in nature and think, what would it look like if those flowers were growing up into the trees? If the sky were water filled with flashes of swimming fish? I will then go home and look through books that can bring these ideas to life through various repurposed images.
What would you do with $25,000?I would create a series of free community collage classes for the local high school kids to help inspire them to look at the world through a new lens. I would also rent a small art studio, which has always been my dream.
