I love art because it is how I can unleash my imagination and express myself. It is freeing to create.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Your art centers on bold, stylized femininity with a surreal, storytelling edge. often placed in imaginative worlds inspired by fantasy. I guess you can say I love to paint “baddies” lol. I also love to paint animals or incorporate animals into my paintings. I also love making things with clay but I don’t do as much as I paint. I like to make sculptures of whatever I feel like making and can make with clay.
Where do you find inspiration?I mostly just come up with things in my head based off of my personal style and what I like. I also find inspiration from people’s outfits, social media, mostly Pinterest and TikTok.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would focus on building both stability and freedom in my life. I’ve always dreamed of having a place to call my own-whether that’s a house or an RV- so I would put a portion toward that goal as a foundation for my future. I would also finally give myself the chance to travel and experience a real vacation, something I’ve never had before, to gain inspiration and enjoy life beyond just surviving day to day. I would invest into art supplies for a business and whatever I can.
