My favorite type of art to create with is capturing these fleeting moments on celluloid. 8mm, 16mm, and Primarily 35mm. While everyone is in the moment, I love to capture it.
Where do you find inspiration?Culture. I find myself in this personal race with life and time, trying to absorb everything I can while Im here. Books like comics, history, fiction, philosophy, and poetry. All of cinema, from Chaplin, to lumet, to Kubrick, to Nolan and so on. The universal language that is music, from movie scores, oldies, classic rock, alternative rock, rap, and anything that moves or lifts my spirit. Modern and historical art like sculptures and paintings. Anything that has something to say or tells a story
What would you do with $25,000?I would continue my work and get the rest of the tools and gears I would need to pursue my ideas without the halt and weight of low finances.
