I create art to find beauty in darkness—where horror meets truth, and misfits make peace with their demons and turn shadow into light.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to create dark, intricate visions—pointillism, black linework, paintings, portraits, and demons that mirror the human soul. My art lives in chaos and beauty, where horror becomes a doorway inward. I explore the shadow to soften it, to make the unsettling feel intimate, and to reveal that what we fear often holds truth, existential strength, and a strange sort of grace.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in shadow work. Horror. Tarot. Existentialism. Darkness. Vulnerability. I also love drawing portraits of the people I admire who get me through difficult times; faces from movies, music or shows that move me.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d use $25,000 to create large-scale art that reaches into the dark and reminds people they’re not alone. I’d channel it into work that speaks to addiction, survival, and healing—while giving back to those facing homelessness, using art as a bridge between struggle and connection.
