My favourite mediums are oil and oil pastels. I’m drawn to creating expressive, emotion driven work that feels accessible. I live to create art that invites connection and reminds people that creativity lives in all of us.
Where do you find inspiration?I’m inspired by nature and the way it holds both stillness and intensity at once. My work focuses on translating those environments into something expressive and emotional allowing others to experience a familiar world in a more personal way.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into expanding my practice and bringing my work into shared spaces where it can be experienced in person. I would focus on creating pieces that people can connect with directly, especially in environments where art offers a sense of calm reflection or escape.
