I love exploring colour, shapes and pattern. It makes me feel more connected and able to navigate everyday with a sense of awe and wonder.

Currently am creating oil paintings and life-drawings using charcoal. Other favourites include assemblage up cycling a variety of materials and collage.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere! Colours, shapes and patterns in Mother Nature are my biggest inspiration. Whether it is the oceans and rivers, skies and light, forests and trees, deserts and mountains or a full moon. Inspiration also comes from works by other artists, writers, poets, singers, filmmakers… Life inspires, energizes and propels an urge to visually create a refraction rather than a reflection of the world around me.
What would you do with $25,000?Establish an art scholarship/endowment that would sustain itself. Ideally it would be open to students who are financially disadvantaged.
