I would go mad if I didn't create art. Literally.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Whatever makes me feel purpose. I do so many different mediums and cannot choose a favorite.
Where do you find inspiration?Pain. Happiness. The world around me and inside me. Nature has its influence the most perhaps....lately the discord of the world has been deeply influential. I can't save people, I can't change things as much as I wish I could, so art has become a way to free my mind, just for a moment, but any moment of peace, no pain or heartache is well worth it.
What would you do with $25,000?Buy my husband a better car, or take him away to some place he can feel freedom. He's a social worker and I am unemployed trying to stay afloat as a reseller and artist. I want my little family, our son as well to see a part of the world where there is peace. I could perhaps open my own floral studio, floral design was a passion for many years but I had to step away to care for my mother. She passed away and I became a broken thing. Art is helping me fix the broken parts.
