Art is a portal to the inner lives we seldom share with others. My work is a culmination of my experience and what I have seen from others.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I enjoy a wide range of art forms but heavy body acrylic paint on stretched canvas is my favorite.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in nature and in my surroundings. Lately I’ve been trying to focus in on the small mundane feelings that act as a metaphor for larger life themes.
What would you do with $25,000?One day, I would like to start a creative collective for artists in Atlanta. After living here for the past 7 years I’ve always struggled to find and connect with other artists. I would like to create a relaxed third space where artists, musicians, fashion designers, and other creatives can all come together to create, help each other with their work, and form genuine connections. The 25,000 here would be used to start an online platform for local artisans that would eventually scale up.
