I love creating art because it gives me a language beyond words. There are emotions, memories, and ideas that feel too complex or too quiet.

My favorite kind of art to create exists somewhere between documentation and distortion (social media as an art form). A lot of my work pulls from meme culture, fragmented thoughts, and the absurdity of everyday life. I’m interested in how something as disposable as a meme can carry intimacy, or even spiritual weight. Growing up making music and running niche meme pages, those spaces shaped how I think about art.
Where do you find inspiration?I’m influenced by politics; not in a traditional or didactic sense, but in how politics lives inside our daily reality. The internet, identity, displacement, media, and human rights all bleed into my work naturally.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest it directly into continuing my studies, since I already hold a BFA. It’s about expanding my conceptual framework, and pursuing a master’s would allow me to redefine that practice!
