What is your favorite type of art to create?

I get very inspired by items considered to be less desirable in others eyes. I look at something that may be considered “trash” to others and love to create something beautiful and meaningful to me. My art definitely speaks to me and my vision of what I want to create and then the final result just makes me happy and at peace. My art has saved me over and over again!

Where do you find inspiration?

Dried flowers, wood, fabrics, textured items, I find a lot of inspiration by taking walks and collecting a lot of what nature gives us as gifts from Mother Earth.

What would you do with $25,000?

I would use that money to help make things better for my daughter and I. Being a single mom, it’s something that is dear to me. My daughter is my heart, All of my goodness and fight comes from wanting her to be taken care of and happy.
