Painting make me happier and allow me to unveil different universes that live inside me. And when I feel clouded, it helps me find clarity

Painting, especially oil painting, makes me really happy. I enjoy working not only on traditional canvas, but also on alternative surfaces and supports. I also love exploring different materials and techniques. Drawing is another thing I deeply enjoy. Pastels are very present in my artworks, as well as Polychromos pencils.
Where do you find inspiration?I believe my inspiration comes in many different ways and forms. Sometimes from my imagination or dreams, definitely from nature, and also from my personal history and emotions. Many of my paintings are connected to experiences that affect or touch me deeply. Inspiration also appears while I am creating. I usually start with an idea in mind, but I never fully know where the painting will take me.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would invest in the artistic dreams I still carry with me. I would love to attend art academies I’ve dreamed of for years, learning from masters who deeply inspired and guided me through their work. I would also fulfill my lifelong dream of visiting Japan and walking the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route. Studio Ghibli expanded my imagination in such a deep way, and I feel experiences like these would nourish both my art and soul.
