I love creating emotional, intimate portraits. When people show their strengths and vulnerability. I’m drawn to moments that feel honest.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in people, in their stories, emotions, and the way they carry their experiences. Also I often find my inspiration in music. As long as I’m not a musician, I can’t play musical instruments or sing beautifully, but I can feel the music with every inch of my body. And that’s when the inspiration comes in. Through my images I try to show what music feels like.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in creating a dedicated studio space, which was my dream since I’ve started my photography journey. This would be a place for the honest storytelling, where people would feel safe to be themselves. I would also invest part of the funds into creating a photography exhibition. Together with my friend (a psychologist and energy practitioner) we want to create an experience that evokes the emotions people usually hide from the world.
