My work is a cross-disciplinary practice of drawing, painting, and engraving. As an architect, I use spatial analysis and light as the pillars of my research. I love the transition from direct observation on the field, capturing urban landscapes and ruins with sketches, to the studio where I deploy large-scale compositions. This allows for a total immersion into the subject, blending realism and symbolism.

My inspiration is rooted in the dialogue between light and stone, deeply influenced by the mastery of Rembrandt and Piranesi. From Rome to Pompeii and Tigzirt, I am fascinated by the "trace" of humanity in architecture. I seek that fragile balance where light transfigures a space into a poetic memory, exploring the depths of shadow and the structural grandeur of ruins.

I will travel to Roman and Berber ruins in Algeria to document their beauty and raise awareness about their degradation and plastic pollution. This journey will lead to international exhibitions and a book. I will donate part of the prize to an association preserving Kabyle heritage and organize awareness days on-site to educate people about protecting these forgotten treasures through the power of art.
