It’s something I call ‘interpreted realism.’ It’s basically a style of painting that focuses more on light and the simplicity of forms. It’s more about conveying a feeling than precisely defining every detail.
Where do you find inspiration?I’m someone who used to feel trapped in a traditional career. I left everything behind to find myself through art, so my inspiration comes from my own experience—especially the process of letting go of an old version of myself and giving life to a new one that’s more aware and true to who I am.
What would you do with $25,000?I left everything behind, and since I’m not working right now, I’m able to fully devote the next few months to exploring and creating through art. This way, I can focus on creating a series of paintings I’ve been envisioning.
