Abstract. Growing up I struggled to learn and struggled with bullies. Abstract allows me to be 4 again and feel through the paint, knowing that making mistakes is a good thing rather than a problem.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from water. Water is healing and calming. Water has helped me through the toughest times in life. Wether it be my battle with endometriosis or mental health, the feeling of water made me feel grounded and safe.
What would you do with $25,000?Honestly, I want people like me to have a safe haven. I would like to start building an art hub for artists in Sacramento. A place to paint, teach, and inspire each other. The money can help start the process and I’m willing to put in the work and time to make this dream a reality.
