Real life art has always been my favorite. I love painting and drawing faces. Especially the eyes, those are the doorways to the soul. If the eyes are done just right you can see the beauty and the emotion in the soul, being able to feel what person or object is supposed to portray.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere and in everything, I’m constantly taking pictures of nature and real moments with friends and family. Sometimes I just happen to see the light shining just right, on a subject. Casting a beautiful glow. Just then, the artist in me sees the beauty I can bring to a canvas or paper. Sometimes it’s just painting exactly what I see and sometimes it just develops into a thing of beauty, that I didn’t expect to happen.
What would you do with $25,000?Pay off some of my college debts. This way I can afford to travel and find more inspiration for my art. Also Donate 10% to Relay for Life for cancer research. This is charity I have been raising funds for, for the past three years and hold it near and dear to my heart. Cancer has affected all of us in some way or form and it would great to help contribute to raising funds for such a great cause.
