I love creating art because it is an inter observational study of my mind. It represents as an extension and a reflection of my psyche.

If I have to label my Art, it would be called “Post Graffiti Contemporary Abstraction” and I mainly focus on making abstract paintings because it allows for an open-ended exploration of form, color, and movement. It is both unrestrained and foundational, much like the nature of thought itself. This fluidity provides me with the freedom to create without boundaries, where expression isn’t confined but continuously evolving. It is the sense of infinite potential and personal autonomy that I enjoy.
Where do you find inspiration?I draw inspiration from my personal life experiences and an ongoing exploration of the psyche. Much of my work is rooted in a desire for spiritual growth and a deeper sense of inner peace. I often engage in the process of confronting and understanding my own pain and past experiences, and painting becomes a meaning of release. The intention to grow with awareness, to heal, and to share a sense of positivity and connection with others continues to be a central source of inspiration in my work.
What would you do with $25,000?The award would directly support the advancement of my practice by funding studio time, materials, and the production of a new body of work. It would also allow me to increase the scale of my paintings and invest in processes that expand my current approach to abstraction. Beyond production, this support would help position the work for broader visibility through exhibitions and professional opportunities, contributing to the long-term sustainability of my career as an artist.
