What is your favorite type of art to create?

My work sits at the intersection of realism and abstract art, primarily executed through a hybrid approach that combines airbrush techniques with traditional oil painting. I use the precision and gradient control of the airbrush to build smooth, atmospheric transitions, then layer oils to introduce depth, texture, and tonal complexity. I deliberately manipulate form and surface to create a dreamlike visual—imagery that feels familiar yet slightly distorted, as if it exists somewhere

Where do you find inspiration?

My artistic practice is inspired by a synthesis of subcultural visual languages—most notably those embedded within lowrider aesthetics, graffiti art, and contemporary fashion systems. These domains function not merely as stylistic references, but as complex cultural frameworks that encode identity, resistance, and self-expression through form, materiality, and spatial intervention. At a more intrinsic level, my primary source of inspiration is rooted in personal experiences

What would you do with $25,000?

If I had $25,000, I wouldn’t play it safe—I’d use it to leave everything familiar behind and put myself in a place where my art is the only thing that carries me forward. I’d relocate, not just physically but mentally, into an environment that challenges me, exposes me to new perspectives, and forces me to grow. For me, that kind of move isn’t about comfort—it’s about pressure, risk, and immersion. I want to be surrounded by energy, by people creating, struggling, evolving.
