I create art because I find joy in it. I do not sell my art but give it to those I love. It is a gift given from my heart to those I love.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Hard to specify. I believe art is any creative aspiration. I knit, embroider, crochet, sew, draw, and enjoy photography. I am a teacher who has encouraged creativity in my high needs students. Art brings joy. For me I love photography. I live in Alaska and there are many moments that are there for a minute and capturing that moment inspires me.
Where do you find inspiration?Mostly from where I live. It is a wild and beautiful place. Each season brings many beautiful moments that I like to capture.
What would you do with $25,000?It would be wonderful to provide a summer program for youth to pursue creativity to help them find positive activities to support healthy activities versus negative and harmful ones.
