I love the abstract. For me it is not just fascinating, the play of color as you experiment pulls me into my emotions. In my pieces the paint or photograph both capture feelings I cannot find words for.
Where do you find inspiration?Everything in my environment is inspiration including myself. Art is already everywhere its more like learning an instrument or a new language. The rusty farm equipment out back. The graffiti on a train car. The turmoil of a broken heart. Nature is the absolute artist. The process of birth and decay inspires me.
What would you do with $25,000?I would like to give the people opportunities to become their own artist.
