My favorite kind of art to create is watercolor portraits. I love using watercolor because of how fluid and expressive it is—it allows me to blend colors softly and create emotion in each piece. Painting portraits is especially meaningful to me because I enjoy capturing people’s expressions and personalities. It feels like I’m telling a story about someone without using words, which makes the process both personal and powerful.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration in the emotions I see in people—their eyes, their expressions, and the lines on their faces. Those small details tell a story and reveal what someone may be feeling beneath the surface. I’m drawn to capturing those moments and turning them into something meaningful through my art.
What would you do with $25,000?If I received $25,000, I would invest in art supplies and tools that I currently don’t have but need to grow as an artist. Having access to better materials would allow me to improve my skills and push my creativity further.
