Anna Veruschka Beran

I live to create. I am also a singer/songwriter/guitarist and great actress. I will die if I don’t create. Making art makes me happy.

What is your favorite type of art to create?

Classical realism.

Where do you find inspiration?

From dancers, ice skaters, beauty in nature, interesting faces. From the Bible, from reading books and making connections between diverse concepts. From seeing the interconnectedness of life. From meditation and prayer, from yoga. From seeing things in life that I find interesting or beautiful and that I want to understand more deeply by thinking about them or researching them. From seeing visions. From art museums. I used to work at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and visit their art library.

What would you do with $25,000?

I would donate some to my church. I would buy some AI glasses to help me perform live music so I can see the words and music for the songs while I’m Performing. I would use it to build a website to promote my art and music. I would also use it for voice lessons with my voice teacher.
