My favorite art to create is what may initiate with a simplistic idea, but over time, the idea will then evolutionize in my mind to allow for the emergence of endless, creative flow. In that moment, I know I am tapping into the process of being free.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration comes from feelings and colors in nature or advertising products, but also putting a twist on what you see such as music. The way instruments and words are, is comparable to a paint brush pushing and moving that energy along.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning this competition would allow for me to pursue one of my largest career dreams; to fabricate a studio garage in my backyard. I often find myself in a confining creative space, quite frankly. All inspiration roots from nature, to which I highly desire and anticipate becoming as close as possible to. That's what makes us human, and that's what keeps us creating.
