Art stops the world—my voice speaks through color and line, turning pain, joy, and chaos into something you can feel, not just see
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Spray paint—rattle can art—is my favorite. I love the speed, control, and raw energy it gives me. My goal is to blend multiple mediums into one piece, creating artwork that transforms with perspective—one image from a distance, and a completely different experience up close.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from transformation. I’ve lived through chaos, addiction, and growth, and that journey shows up in my work. Friends call it “layers of pain,” but it’s also clarity—I find it in nature, especially by the river. Spray paint captures that perfectly: what feels chaotic and impossible becomes something clean, bright, and intentionally created.
What would you do with $25,000?10,000 would go to my uncle Jeremy and Aunt Stephanie for believing in me and adopting my daughter could never repay them I will give $5000 to my significant other for everything she’s done for me the last few years And I would use the rest to get a square body van and turn it into a mobile studio and call the it the rattle can van and use the rest of it to finish my art studio
