It’s the way I communicate with the world. A form to escape and create my own reality. Making things with purpose that last a lifetime.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I tattoo things you like to look at, that are elegant and timeless. It’s bold, edgy, with art novou and gothic undertones. I make designs that blends with your body. I like to create tattoos that are powerful and people are proud to wear. Statements pieces.
Where do you find inspiration?Huge catalyst was me growing up in Miami around graffiti and the skate board/ hip hop scene. Then you mix that with the history of tattooing where I get a lot of inspiration from. Specially my clients they give me a platform to create and bring forward different ideas. I love art history. I get inspire by great artist and what makes them different and how they have made their mark in the world.
What would you do with $25,000?First off, I would donate some to a cancer organization because I lost my good friend and client to cancer recently, but I also had another person who has celebrated their ten years in remission. The rest, I would invest in my art study and go take a course outside the country and paint. This money will get poured into work and getting new tools to push me to take my trade to the next level.
