My favorite art type would be painting. It comes easy to me; it has always felt like an extension of my soul! I love abstract, illustration, graffiti, and street art all the same. For me it’s more of what am I trying to communicate to the world. Is there a topic in mind?? Or am I simply trying to escape reality, or create a new reality of my own, one that I find fun, creative, and interesting? I find the process of creating, and painting fascinating. I would also like to expand into sculpture.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration all around me. History, culture, politics and my life experiences. My immigrant family came to the USA to give me a better future as there first born. I also draw inspiration from those who came before me, in the art world.
What would you do with $25,000?What I would do with $25,000 thousand dollars. I would put 20k into my kids’ college fund and 5k to take a trip to Japan. It’s my kids bucket list to go to Disney Tokyo and Universal. That is what I would do with the grand prize! Everything I do is for my two sons. To give them a better life and show them with hard work, grit, dedication and a lot of passion and patience anything is possible. I want to be there roll model and not just there dad!
