I love creating art because it transforms emotion into form and gives voice to the unseen. Taught by my brother and mentor, Carlos A. Campo
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite art to create is photography and poetry, where I use natural light and language to capture energy, emotion, and perspective. Through both mediums, I transform fleeting moments and inner truths into something lasting, allowing the unseen to be felt, understood, and remembered.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in light, human emotion, and the unseen forces that shape our reality. My brother and mentor Carlos A. Campo taught me to see energy in everything, and I draw from that to translate moments into art.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would go to Paris and immerse myself in the places where Ernest Hemingway wrote A Moveable Feast, and where Arthur Rimbaud and Paul Verlaine lived and created. I would photograph the city’s light and write, absorbing its energy to create a body of work that captures both its history and my own transformation.
