In 2018 a doctor introduced me to art therapy to help with my severe daily pain caused by back and knee surgeries, I was told to start by hand painting objects and i did that nonstop for 6 months, then, my neighbor gave me his airbrush gun and told me to try it.I had no idea what to do with it.So I had to teach myself and nobody told me what I could or couldn't do with my paints. So I learned a lot of crazy tricks, and have become really good at doing things that are not normal and looks alive
Where do you find inspiration? When I was learning how to airbrush, I would do as many t-shirts or canvases for friends and family members I would just give it to them, some t-shirts front and back i had over 60 hours in them. But I was learning and their reaction of even crying, and they were amazed at what I gave them is what kept me going because of all the pain I was in didnt matter just seeing their enjoyment made it worth it. So if I could make a living out of people enjoying something I did for them it would be great!!
What would you do with $25,000?Give it to my mom!Im on disability because of 26 surgeries and she has always made sure that I was taking care of and she lost her husband of 35 yrs 4yrs ago and now she lives alone and all I want to do with my art is to help her before she passes! Getting into art therapy to help me deal with pain was just days after i should be dead but i didn't die in 2018 and someone with art talent must have attached itself to my soul cause iv never had artistic ability and I can't draw but art saved me!
