My favorite art to create is when a painting gets messed up and recreating something else out of it instead of dismissing it. Destroy and rebuild.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration started around 2010 living at the beach and finding garbage left from people visiting for the summer and painting it. I love garbage art. Things that are on the side of the road that someone was going to throw away and then making it colorful and psychedlic. But in general, I’m inspired by looking at boring stuff and wanting to spice em up. (Thank you spice girls ~spice up your life~)
What would you do with $25,000?$25,000 would go straight to opening my coffee shop-art gallery/boutique-creative community space dream! My mother planted the seed in my brain when I was a kid that the beach area needed a space like that and since I was little I guess I have been finding a way to make it happen!
