I just started editing old pictures into new ones with digital “abstractivity ” in mind. It brings my ingenuity up to play.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Abstract. I love beginning a piece and not knowing where it will take me. I’m a total mess in other types of artwork which is pure fun for me but being abstract driven gives me the excitements I lack in my life.
Where do you find inspiration?I just have to be in a clear headed space and have a picture that I feel there is more to this moment to or more to what is seen in the photo. It’s just being able to read the aura, the vibe, the essence of what’s being shown to delve deeper in the spirit of what’s in the original pictures. If I held up an original picture to one of my creations, you’ll probably claim me to be a witch or some sort of strange sorcerer. It’s very eureka !
What would you do with $25,000?Omg. I would definitely get off my iPhone and upgrade to something more industrial and professional. It definitely will allow me more time to create. And this would definitely get me out of my 2011 Mazda that has the check engine light on for several months now because no one can find the faulty sensor! I would totally be forever grateful and inspired for the rest of my life!
