My favorite type of art to create is realism and stylized realism. Through this level of detail and render, I am most confident in my painting and drawing capabilities. I chose to work in portrait and storytelling works. Placing a touch of humanity in my art draws a viewer closer, and likeness to life. If a work stays without a story, it is only captivating at a glance. However, with a story, its purpose is served as many who pass my work can look for meaning.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my work through my family and culture. First my siblings, who look up to me as an example in life. My parents, who invested my entire life into this career path. My mother, my biggest supporter and influencer in my art, has shown me a love that I imbued into every craft I hone. When I seek out guidance to improve a painting, she is nearest and filled with wisdom and guidance. Family is first and foremos. Placing that warmth into my art brings me joy.
What would you do with $25,000?To recieve such a huge sum of money, I would immediately invest my funds into expanding my business. I desire to grow my business with the proper supplies, studio and advertisement. To be able to afford my online subscriptions and manage my social media presence more, It would truly be a blessing. With what is left, I plan to save as I continue this lifetime career.
