Pyrography is more than my medium; it is my meditation. To create depth and life on wood, one must understand the relationship between heat and time. I find the most beauty in the slow build—dialing back the temperature and layering the shade until a masterpiece emerges from the grain. This craft has taught me the invaluable lesson of slowing down to witness the world around us.
Where do you find inspiration?From the intricate symbolism of the Plague Doctor to the delicate flight of birds and the foundations of faith, my art is a tribute to the beauty that surrounds us when we finally stop to look.
What would you do with $25,000?This $25,000 investment will first finalize essential upgrades to my grooming salon, enhancing local business infrastructure. Beyond commerce, I am dedicated to the recovery community; as a sponsor with 13 years of sobriety, I will fund initiatives that support healing and faith. Finally, these funds will honor my family by supporting my son’s October 2026 wedding. This allocation balances professional growth, community service, and the celebration of life’s most meaningful milestones.
