I love to create art because it is my way of communicating the depths of my soul in a way that doesn’t require many words.

I love to make ink drawing, oil paintings and tattoo art on skin. I’ve cultivated a tattoo flash book of digital drawings that I’d love to translate onto skin. Many designs have already been claimed by my supportive clientele. I’ve recently gotten into drawing with ink and brush which has been an exciting and rewarding journey. Although I love exploring mediums, painting has always been my first love.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration through artists work I admire such as Neal Fox, Robert Crumb and Ryan Ashley. I also find inspiration from my lived experiences, often times expressing thoughts and emotions that I’m unable to articulate in words. I also love to work intuitively and let my inner guidance lead me.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000 I would invest into, and open a tattoo and arts cafe. This idea stemmed from my love of tattooing, coffee and making art. Primarily it will run as a cafe and tattoo studio during business hours, and will work on a rotating schedule for art events and workshops. I plan to cater to all age groups for these workshops. Adults, young adults and children. This is a business model I’d start in NYC and eventually love to expand and open a location in my homeland the Dominican Republic.
