PAINTINGS! Acrylic paint & I were made for each other! I build layer upon layer of underpainting (which I MUST!), and the fast drying time is a gift to my neurodivergent brain. Before I paint, I love freehand drawing on the canvas, letting my hand wander while I watch the pen drops me into a meditative state. Since first feeling the healing magic of creating with intention in 2019, it's been my passion — I'm now certified in multiple Intentional Creativity modalities through the MUSEA Institute.
Where do you find inspiration?LIFE is my inspiration! I love BEING ALIVE! It is so preposterous and miraculous that we even exist. How amazing it is that, through my conscious choice, I can will my formless energy to move from my consciousness, through my arm, and out the tip of my brush—transmogrifying my Unicorny MUCH MUCHNESS from formlessness into form upon the canvas, where color and light and my intention create delicious, pure magic. Plus, BUBBLES, GLITTER, and FLORESCENT PAINT! That is all the inspiration I need!!
What would you do with $25,000?As I have yet to have formal art training, I would enroll in the Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute to learn ALL THE THINGS and buy ALL the art supplies! I am absolutely giddy about deepening my skills and expanding my artistic practice so I can express myself with greater Mastery and Grace. I would also establish my Stardust Unicorn Sanctuary studio—a place to create, exhibit my art and Wearable Paintings, and host “Paint Your Inner Unicorn (or Wild Thing!)” Creative Play Dates!
