I create art to get it out of my brain, to capture the essence of what I like or can share. To create a world for it elsewhere.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Currently my favorite type of art is watercolor and/or gouaches on paper or canvas. It’s whimsy enough or can be bold enough for what I want to convey. I’m also a nail artist as well.
Where do you find inspiration? All the little details of things I see inspire me. A line here, a combo of colors there. However, sometimes I just have to start on it then it comes to me. It’s there in the background, but sometimes that spark isn’t there until I feel it.
What would you do with $25,000?I would love to be able to get my small family a house. Something we ca make our own, paint a wall green or purple. Get my dog some toys and her own little backyard to run around in. And this would be a nice down payment. Maybe save some to go out and celebrate with a nice dinner.
