My favourite type of art to create is probably found footage horror. Taking photos of real places in real life and drawing characters and creatures into them is just so incredibly fun, especially when those creatures stare into your soul and try to eat it.
Where do you find inspiration?I often find inspiration from situations I've experienced and things I've felt, which helps me get out frustrations. I also take a lot of inspiration from scientific concepts and stories from religions like Greek, Aztec, and Egyptian mythos. Finding the incomprehensibility in vague scientific concepts makes for really good psychological horror stories, and illustrating these concepts into creepy figures is really fun.
What would you do with $25,000?I'd use it to help pay for college tuition and housing in the dorms at college next year. A chunk of it would also go towards getting me my own car, and some of it would also go towards helping start my art career and getting my art out in local shops. Money left over after all those would go towards helping my friends in need, and helping others in need in my community.
